Yes! All our products are thoughtfully made without harming or testing on animals, in alignment with our commitment to care for all of God’s creation.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested by certified international testing laboratories to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are crafted with gentle, natural ingredients suitable for all skin types. For sensitive skin, we recommend conducting a patch test by applying a small amount of the product to your forearm. If there’s no redness or itching, it should be safe to use.
Can your products be used by pregnant and breast-feeding women?
Most of our products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but we recommend consulting your doctor to confirm the suitability of specific ingredients.
How do I know when my product expires?
Each product has an expiry date at the bottom of its packaging and an average shelf life of two years. Follow the recommended period after opening (6 months) to ensure product quality.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our sales channels, Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada, accept major credit cards, Gcash, PayMaya, COD, and other digital payment platforms. We only accept Gcash and Bank Transfer on our website.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed on the next business day after payment confirmation.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
You may edit your order details (e.g., delivery address) by contacting us at radiancepersonalcareproducts@gmail.com on the same day you placed the order. Please note that we do not allow cancellations due to a change of mind.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be calculated after checkout.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees depend on the number of items, package weight, and delivery location. For international shipping, You’ll see the exact cost with our Cost Estimate. For domestic shipping, you can see the shipping fee upon checkout with our Tiktok, Lazada, and Shopee sites.
What if I receive a defective product?
We inspect all orders before shipping to ensure quality, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:
- Take photos or videos of the product (unpacking videos are highly encouraged).
- Email us at radiancepersonalcareproducts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Note:
- Claims without proof are not covered by warranty.
- Opened or used items are no longer eligible for return or replacement.
- If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a voucher for the value of the damaged item.
